Supplier Diversity Program
We strive to drive economic empowerment through conversations, programs and partnerships that improve the quality of life in the communities we serve. Additionally, we continue to provide access to embed and activate supplier diversity best practices across merchandising and non-merchandising supply chains to support diversity in our supplier base.
As a business partner, you are an extension of Kohl’s and it is our expectation that our business partners reflect the same commitment in their operations. We encourage our business partners to have policies and procedures in place to drive diversity within their organizations and their inclusive practices.
We ask all prospective suppliers to register using the link below. When filling out your registration, please indicate your diversity status, and be sure to attach any certifications from the respective organizations.
